What is IPTV?
IPTV delivers TV channels over your internet connection instead of a satellite dish or cable. You watch through an app on your TV, box, phone or computer.
How does the free trial work?
Contact us and we’ll send a 24-hour test line with full access to channels, the TV guide and VOD. No payment is needed for the test.
How fast is activation after I pay?
Usually within a few minutes. At busy times it can take up to 2 hours. Your login arrives by email or WhatsApp.
Which payment methods do you accept?
PayPal, debit or credit card, crypto and bank transfer. Tell us which you prefer when you order and we’ll send the details.
Which app should I use?
Any IPTV player that supports Xtream Codes or M3U playlists works. We’ll recommend one for your device when we send your login.
How do I activate a MAG box?
Send us the MAC address printed on the back of your box. We’ll link it to your subscription and send you the portal URL to enter in System settings > Servers > Portals.
Can I use my subscription on more than one device?
Yes, you can install it on several devices, but each subscription streams on one screen at a time. For more screens at once, contact us for multi-connection pricing.
Why is my channel buffering or freezing?
Run a speed test on the device itself. For 4K you need about 25 Mbps. Try a wired connection, restart your router, or switch to the FHD or HD version of the channel. If it continues, contact us and we’ll check the server.
Do I need a VPN?
Not usually. Some internet providers slow down streaming traffic; if you notice that, contact support and we’ll help you test.
